​Matilde has been working as a teacher since 2012. She ha taught at university and has led numerous acting, writing and community building workshops in Portugal, East Timor and Cabo Verde.

Matilde is available for residencies, teaching opportunities and ensemble skill building.

In 2017 she founded a Performing Arts School in Estoril - Academia do Palco - where she directs and teaches regularly.
